Terms of use

These terms describe the hosted service at see.reyelise.co.uk/webfeature. They are the product rules as the software works today. They are not a substitute for a contract your lawyer has signed.

The service

REYELISE WEBFEATURE lets an organisation prepare a 3D model, mark features, publish a viewer, and embed that viewer on a website. Reyelise hosts the Studio, the published pages, and the model files for this product.

Who may use it

A new organisation must be requested and then activated by Reyelise. Until that happens, Studio stays closed. An invitation from an existing organisation still joins that organisation. Reyelise may refuse, suspend, or close an organisation.

Plans

Reyelise assigns the plan (evaluation, business, agency, or operator). There is no card form and no self-serve checkout in this product. Limits on presentations, storage, and members are enforced. Hitting a limit does not delete your work.

Your files

You keep ownership of the models and copy you upload. You give Reyelise a licence to store them, convert them for the viewer, and deliver them to people you publish to.

A published presentation is public. A browser that shows the model has downloaded the .glb. Unpublish hides the page. It does not take the file back from anyone who already fetched it. Publish a mesh whose loss you can accept: reduced, without CAD source, internals, or manufacturing dimensions.

Allowed embed sites restrict which pages may iframe the viewer. That is not copy protection, encryption, or DRM.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload malware, or files you have no right to publish.
• Do not attack the service, scrape other organisations, or share login details.
• Do not present the viewer as a lock on the model file.

Quality

Presentation quality depends on the model you supply. The service does not promise that an arbitrary upload will match a manufacturer product page.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as hosted software. Reyelise is not liable for lost sales, lost data beyond reasonable restore from our backups, or a model that does not look as you hoped. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes

We may change the product and these terms. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
