Privacy notice

This notice describes what the hosted product stores today. It is written from the running software, not from a legal template.

What we store

• Account: email, display name, hashed password, organisation name and role.
• Presentations: titles, feature copy, camera views, branding colours, uploaded .glb files, published copies, and embed-site lists.
• Usage: how many presentations, how much storage, how many members. Transfer (bandwidth) is shown only when Cloudflare Analytics is configured; otherwise it stays Unavailable.
• Viewer events: load, feature open, and failure, with a coarse device class (phone / tablet / desktop). We do not store IP address or user-agent on those events.
• Activity log: publish, invites, role changes, branding. Tokens and passwords are not stored there.

Who processes it

Reyelise runs the Studio and API. Files sit on Cloudflare R2. The site is served through the Reyelise SEE host. Email is not sent by the product yet: invitations and password-reset links are copied in Studio and sent by you.

Cookies and sign-in

Sign-in today uses an access token in the browser session. Published viewers do not need your Studio login. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long

Account and presentation data stay until the organisation owner closes it from Studio, or Reyelise removes it. Published files that a visitor already downloaded are outside our control.

Your requests

You can export a presentation archive from Studio. The organisation owner can close the organisation from Account → Close organisation. That deletes members, presentations, and stored files we still control. Copies already downloaded stay with whoever fetched them.
